Items that are in stock are dispatched as soon as possible, otherwise your purchases will be made to order and dispatched within 15 working days. If you need an item urgently please contact me first and I will let you know when you can expect your order. You can email me at:

Returns and Exchange
Each item is handmade and will have its own individual character, however If you’re not keen on the item I’ve sent you then please arrange a return and I will exchange it for another. Please make sure your return is packaged securely and appropriately, and that you retain proof of posting as I’m unable to take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post. Postage will not be refunded on the returned item, and you will need to pay for postage of the new item.
Exchanges need to be arranged within 14 days of receipt.
If the item I have sent you is faulty or broken then I'm happy to replace or refund. Please get in touch to let me know what the problem is with the item, and to arrange a return so that I can either fix the item, send you a new one or refund. I will refund your postage on returns. Please make sure your return is packaged securely and appropriately, and that you retain proof of posting as I’m unable to take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.

Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless I've made a spelling mistake or the item is faulty.
